What ReceiptNest Does

ReceiptNest helps you keep receipts, invoices, payment screenshots, and reimbursement documents in one local-first app.

Add a Receipt

Add a receipt from camera scan, photo library, the Files app, or a PDF file. ReceiptNest creates a record and tries to extract text.

Edit and Review

Edit merchant or issuer, amount, currency, date, category, project, notes, and receipt type. OCR may need manual review.

Search and Filter

Search by merchant, amount, project, notes, or OCR text. Filter by time period, incomplete status, or category where available.

Export CSV

Export receipt data as CSV. OCR raw text is off by default and is included only if you enable it and confirm the privacy warning.

Sign In

Email sign-in is used for quota, account identity, and future benefits. Apple and Google sign-in are not available in the current release. Signing in does not automatically enable cloud sync.

Temporary offline or account-status refresh failures do not sign you out automatically and do not block local receipt use.

Delete Receipts And Account

Deleting your account removes or anonymizes server-side account/session data and invalidates refresh tokens. It does not automatically delete local receipts on this device.

Deleting all local receipts removes local receipt records and archived receipt files from this device. It keeps your server-side account, and used monthly free receipt additions are not refunded.

Pro Status

Paid upgrade and entitlement flows are not available in the current release.
